| 一、讓家境不再是夢想的上限,經文不利學子擁有翻轉未來雙翼 在校園的角落,有一群優秀的孩子。當同儕在圖書館追求知識時,他們可能正奔波於兩份兼職之間。貧窮不應是追求卓越的障礙,為了不讓優秀的靈魂被現實禁錮,中興大學發起「展翅興未來」計畫,邀請您成為學子最堅實的後盾,讓這份支持化作溫暖微光,照亮他們看向未來時那份堅定且自信的目光,成為他們逆風飛翔時最重要的動力。 二、您的愛心 1+1:政府配對倍增機制,創造雙倍教育能量 本案與教育部「高等教育深耕計畫」深度接軌,具備極高的社會效益與資源擴張性:
三、「展翅興未來」不僅是經濟上的給予,更是一套全方位的成長支持系統 我們不只給予經濟救濟,提供多元學習輔導項目,透過引導式成長,讓學子在學習中建立專業與自信。以下是本校規劃的學習輔導項目,並逐年依學生需求調整項目。 📘 課業力|紮穩根基 設立學業卓越獎勵,並提供專門的科目提升輔導,讓學生不再為生活奔波而犧牲課業,重拾追求卓越的自信。 💼 就業力|銜接未來 獎助專業證照考取,並舉辦職涯培力工作坊,確保學子在踏出校門前,已具備與社會接軌的實戰技能。 🌍 國際力|開拓視野 支持受助學生參與境外交換、國際志工與交流計畫。貧窮不應侷限眼界,我們讓世界成為他們的課堂。 🤝 社團力|公共實踐 鼓勵學生參與公共事務與社會服務學習,在回饋社會的過程中培養領導力與團隊溝通能力。 🌱 生活力|自立成長 推動校園工作學習計畫,讓學生透過實作增進生活管理能力,在自立中獲得尊嚴與成長。 🧘 健康力|全人關照 提供身心平衡關照資源,促進體魄與心靈的健康發展,讓學生擁有面對挑戰的韌性。 🏹 原民力|文化傳承 專屬原住民學子的文化認同支持,協助穩定校園生活,讓族群文化的火種在高等教育中持續閃耀。 四、「興」學有您讓愛展翅,守護最需要幫助學子 「展翅興未來」就學協助機制,專門為面臨生活與學業雙重挑戰的學生而設。只要符合以下任一條件,即會透過此機制系統,讓他們在承擔家庭重擔或面對生理挑戰的同時,依然享有公平受教的權利。
高教深耕計畫提供學習輔導並獎勵經文不利學生,受助生表現卓越,113學年度生平均成績達79.7分,顯著高於一般生平均表現。受益廣大,預計每年受益人次將超過1,700人次。 |
| I. Breaking Financial Barriers: Empowering Students to Soar Toward a Brighter Future Across our campus, there is a group of exceptional students. While their peers are studying in the library, they may be rushing between two part-time jobs. Poverty should not be a barrier to excellence. To ensure that brilliant minds are not confined by financial hardship, National Chung Hsing University has launched the "Bright Future Project". We invite you to become the students' strongest supporters, providing them with the encouragement they need to face the future with determination and confidence, and giving them the strength to succeed. II. Your Impact, Multiplied: Government Matching Mechanism for Greater Educational Impact This project is closely aligned with the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Sprout Project, offering significant social impact and strong potential for resource expansion:
III. Beyond Financial Assistance: A Comprehensive Student Development Support System We provide more than financial aid. Through a diverse range of learning support programs and guided development, we help students build professional competence and confidence throughout their academic journey. The following initiatives have been developed by the University and are regularly reviewed and adjusted in response to students’ needs: 📘 Academic Proficiency: Building a Solid Foundation We offer Academic Excellence Awards and subject-specific tutoring to help students maintain academic performance without being hindered by financial pressures. 💼 Career Readiness: Bridging to the Future We support students in obtaining professional certifications and provide career development workshops to equip them with practical, workforce-ready skills. 🌍 Global Perspective: Expanding Horizons We support participation in international exchange, overseas volunteering, and global engagement programs. Poverty should not limit one’s horizons—we make the world their classroom. 🤝 Community Engagement and Public Service We encourage participation in public affairs and service-learning to cultivate leadership and teamwork through social contribution. 🌱 Life Skills: Self-Reliance and Growth We promote campus work-study programs to enhance life management skills and foster independence and personal growth. 🧘 Wellness: Holistic Care We provide resources for physical and mental well-being to strengthen students’ resilience in facing challenges. 🏹 Indigenous Support and Cultural Heritage We offer dedicated support for Indigenous students to ensure a stable campus life and sustain the vitality of their cultural heritage. IV. Supporting Students in Need The "Bright Future Project" is designed for students facing both financial and academic challenges. Those who meet any of the following criteria are eligible for support, ensuring equitable access to education: Financial Assistance: Students from low-income or lower-middle-income households, or recipients of Ministry of Education financial aid. Family Hardship Support: Students from families in special circumstances or experiencing sudden hardship, as verified by the university. Diverse and Disability Support: Indigenous students, new immigrant students, students with disabilities, and children of persons with disabilities. Campus Care Support: Students who are pregnant or raising children under the age of three. V. Demonstrating Impact Through Measurable Outcomes The Higher Education Sprout Project provides academic support and incentives to disadvantaged students, with strong results. In the 2024 academic year, supported students achieved an average score of 79.7, significantly higher than the overall student average. The program is expected to benefit over 1,700 students annually, demonstrating its broad reach and positive impact. |
