【搶攻海外頂尖科研人才！我國教育部來美攬才 首站舊金山】
為厚植國內科研實力並確保台灣高教競爭力，中華民國教育部發起「高教人才永續發展暨美國攬才」巡迴活動，由教育部常務次長朱俊彰率領國內12所頂尖國立大學校長或副校長、政府代表，於2月28日在舊金山正式啟動攬才活動。活動於駐舊金山台北經濟文化辦事處舉行，現場湧入近百位頂尖學人與博士生，交流氣氛相當熱絡。
本次巡迴代表團陣容龐大，層級為近年之最。攬才活動由朱俊彰次長與處長伍志翔共同揭開序幕。朱次長於致詞時強調，台灣高教已準備好了！將提供更具競爭力的配套方案，歡迎各界優秀人才回國服務，共同打造永續的科研生態系。隨後舉辦「圓桌諮詢與初步面試」，讓灣區具潛力的博士生、教研、業界人才及博士後研究員，與隨團到訪的國內高教領導者面對面進行深度交流，媒合職缺。
首站舊金山場共吸引121人報名，其中23位學人線上參與、98位學人親赴現場與會。
To strengthen Taiwan’s research capacity and ensure the continued competitiveness of its higher education, the Ministry of Education Taiwan has launched the “Meet Talent, Meet Taiwan” overseas talent acquisition program. Led by Administrative Deputy Minister Chun-Chang Chu, the delegation—comprising presidents or vice presidents from 12 leading national universities along with government representatives—officially started the recruitment event in San Francisco on February 28. The event was held at the office of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco and drew nearly one hundred distinguished scholars and doctoral candidates, with vibrant and substantive exchanges throughout the event.
