The alumni services are fully done electronically. On the day of the 101st anniversary for the founding of the university, National Chung Hsing University launched the "NCHU Alumni APP", issued the virtual alumni cards, and integrated the library admission, campus passes, gymnasium venue borrowing, authorized stores, various coupons, and events registration process and other functions, allowing the alumni to quickly and conveniently obtain the various useful information.

From now on, Alumni Center of Secretariat Office, NCHU will no longer issue the physical alumni cards. Instead, the “NCHU Alumni APP” is used. The alumni only need to download the APP, fill in their personal information and log in to enable the various services. It replaces the previous manual application method and greatly simplifies the application process for the alumni card. In addition to applying for the various alumni services through the APP, alumni can also instantly receive the university's latest updates and preferential information.

The "NCHU Alumni APP" will be available for download on October 31. The first six hundred persons who successfully downloaded and logged in will receive a TWD50 gift voucher from the internship store. There will also be a lucky draw. From October 31, 2020 to January 10, 2021, those who download the "NCHU Alumni APP" and log in successfully during the event period can participate in the lucky draw.
